Refund policy

At Shop Mivora, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your product. To initiate a return, please contact us at shopmivora.in@gmail.com.

Returns are eligible only in the case of a manufacturing defect. When submitting a return request, kindly share clear product photos and a video along with your Order ID to shopmivora.in@gmail.com.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
